Partnering with University of Dallas

Farmers Branch, Texas—STEAMspark Montessori Experience, an entirely new approach to early childhood education, has announced its partnership with the University of Dallas Satish and Yasmin Gupta College of Business Capstone Consulting Experience to develop the school’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

The Capstone Consulting Experience is the culmination of an MBA student’s education put into practice to address an organization’s strategic or operational issues.

The Capstone Consulting Experience team will create recommendations for the STEAMspark management system for the employment journey from the resume submission stage until employees exit the organization.  The system will include solutions for pertinent employee data storage and a training repository component that ensures all team members are current with state-required and Montessori-based professional development.

The Capstone team will also address needs for billing and invoicing as well as a future site selection tool as STEAMspark expands to additional locations.

The Capstone Consulting Experience team lead, Noor Khoja, Manager for Systems Engineering and Core Business Operation with Deloitte Consulting LLP, shared, “We are thrilled to take on this project for this unique new school.
